Mrs. Vanesa Gelado Crespo s currently Senior Managing Director and Country Head of Hines Spain, where she leads all of the company’s activities, including the execution of transactions and the management of acquisitions, new developments, divestments and services in all real estate sectors in which the company is present. Prior to joining Hines, she held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Neinver, a European real estate company specializing in retail and logistics. Previously, she worked for almost a decade in real estate firms such as Tishman Speyer in London and Drago Capital in Madrid, after having started her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in London.
Ms. Vanesa Gelado Crespo holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas) and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. In addition, she has collaborated with IE Business School in several postgraduate programs in Madrid and is a member of associations such as the Cercle d’Economia, Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Women in Real Estate Spain (WIRES).
