Mr. Enrique Illán de Haro has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, with an outstanding profile in financial management, asset management and the shopping center and retail industry. He has developed a solid career in multinationals, demonstrating high leadership skills in projects, as well as in process implementation and change management.
Currently, he is Managing Director at LOCALE (SOMOS EXPERIENCES Group), where he leads the company’s strategy and vision in the management and consulting of event spaces. His responsibilities include operational supervision, budget management and identification of business opportunities.
Previously, he held key positions at Unibail Rodamco Westfield for more than two decades, including Chief Financial and Corporate Social Responsibility Officer, Head of Control and Director of Wealth Management. In these roles, he oversaw financial planning, led audit processes and transformation of corporate structures, such as the creation of the first unlisted SOCIMI in Spain.
Mr. Enrique Illán de Haro holds a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s degree in PMD from ESADE. He also holds advanced certifications in SAP Real Estate and MS Office. He is a former president of ASIPA, the Association of Property Owners with Rental Assets, where he previously served as vice-president and head of the financial committee.
