Mrs. Regina Garay Salazar

Mrs. Regina Garay Salazar holds a degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has developed her professional career in Investment Banking and International Finance, between London and Madrid, for more than 25 years. She worked at Deutsche Bank between 1997 and 2000. Between 2000 and 2006 at Goldman Sachs, as Executive Director in the Financing Group, focused on financing strategies and risk management for institutional clients in Spain and Portugal. From 2006 to 2023, at Morgan Stanley, as head of the Fixed Income Capital Markets team for Spain and Portugal, in the Global Capital Markets division; promoted to Managing Director in 2009. She served as a director at Morgan Stanley SV and Morgan Stanley Spanish Holding SLU between 2017 and 2021.
