Palmas altas is located in the southern side of the city of Seville, the 4th biggest city in Spain with 676k population, as Greater Seville metropolitan area comprises 1,5M population.
Despite of an excellent urban location, the existing big format retail offer in Seville is disperse and low quality. There is no dominant shopping centre in Greater Seville.
Aimed at becoming dominant centre of a catchment area of 1,5 million inhabitants with potential higher penetration in the Central and Southern districts of the city and the nearby highly populated municipalities at the South. In addition to the residential neighborhood of Los Bermejales, their immediate environment has offices, universities and about 9,000 homes under construction, expected to increase significantly the area of influence.
