Palmas Altas Shopping Centre
Regional Shopping Centre development in Seville, with a catchment of 1.5 million inhabitants.
Palmas Altas is located to the south of Seville, the fourth biggest city in Spain, with a population of 676 million and a wider metropolitan area comprising 1.5 million residents.
As well as boasting an excellent location, the centre’s competition is very spread out and low quality, as there are no leading shopping centres in Seville.
Palmas Altas aims to become the go-to shopping centre for a catchment of 1.5 million people, and has considerable potential to become the number one choice in the districts in the centre and to the south of the city, as well as neighbouring towns to the south. As well as the residential neighbourhood of Los Bermejales, the surrounding area also includes offices, university buildings and close to 9,000 homes under construction, which are expected to significantly increase the catchment area.
