Albacenter Shopping Centre
Albacenter is the dominant shopping center in the province of Albacete in an excellent location just minutes by foot from the city center.
Albacenter is situated in the area of Albacete. It was opened in 1996, expanded in 2004 and renovated in 2008 and features an occupation at the end of 2015 of 76%. The business plan is geared by Lar Espana to complete the mall with an attractive offer in fashion and entertainment to their customers.
Lar Espana owns 100% of the complex (shopping centre and hypermarket) with a total of 27.890 sqm of GLA (Gross Leasable Area) 75 shops distributed over two floors and 1,223 parking spaces. It is an urban center, with excellent access to the A31 motorway, which gives exclusivity from competition.
Access by both public and private transport are excellent, with a catchment area of 278,000 residents and more than 4 million visitors in 2015.
The centre has renowned fashion brands as Primark, H&M, Bershka and Shana, as an Eroski hypermarket (co-owner of Center).
