Lar España Real Estate Socimi S.A. is a company listed on the Spanish Stock Exchanges, incorporated as a “Sociedad Anónima Cotizada de Inversión en el Mercado Inmobiliario” in March 2014. The company aims to invest in the Spanish real estate sector, specifically in the retail segment. It is the Spanish market leader in that segment, with close to 500,000 square meters for rent and close to €1.4 billion in asset value.
12 real estate assets, including 9 shopping centres and 3 retail parks, valued close to EUR 1,400 million. The portfolio has close to 500,000 sqm under lease (GLA) and a current occupancy rate of 95.3%.
